1878: “An Elementary Geology” Illustrations

In 1878, Author Ebenezer Baldwin Andrews authored a text book on geology titled: An Elementary Geology: Designed Especially for the Interior States. Given Van Antwerp, Bragg & Company was the publisher, it isn’t surprising that Henry Farny was involved. In fact, he was very involved, illustrating at least 27 pictures for the 269 page book.
