1884-12: The St. Louis Cattlemen’s Convention

The December 06, 1884 issue of Harper’s Weekly included an illustration on page 798 by Farny showing The St. Louis Cattlemen’s Convention in St. Louis. It was the first national convention of cattlemen and was attended by representatives of local cattlemen associations from all over the United States.
